Matted U.S. Postage Stamp Armored Carousel Horse Ornament
 
This U.S. Postage stamp were issued on July 21, 1995 in Lahaska PA at the Carousel World Museum.  Stamp is in a protective mount and matted in a silver mat with a hook at the top for hanging.  The back is the plain silver mat.  They Measure 2 1/2 inches by 3 inches.
 
This makes a special unique gift for anyone interested Carousels.
